@Atyaman: Sejtettem, majd chat-en megpróbálok velük beszélni, ha az e-mail nem vezet eredményre. Azt vgom egyébként, hogy nem a problémámra válaszoltak, ezért írtam nekik újra. Gondolom nagyjából majd megértik, bár a google fordítót is igénybe vettem...
Egyébként ezt sikerült összehoznom(tudom, h. nyelvtanilag gáz):

HA jól értettem, a lényege az, hogy az adót nekem kell fizetnem, ezt levonják előre, és ha van lehetőségem, visszaigényelhetem, de ennek nekem kell utánajárnom vagy a vámnál, vagy segít ebben a szállító cég.

Ezután írtam nekik újra, hogy a problémám az, hogy a rendelés összesítőmben megrendeléskor nem szerepelt a 32 dodós tax tétel, és még most sem szerepel, hanem azt okt. 05-én vezették be, én meg 04-én rendeltem, és úgy gondolom, hogy rám még a 04-i állapot vonatkozik, meg persze "sírtam" nekik egy kicsit. :D Kiváncsi vagyok, mit reagálnak...
